Projects are ideal for both total beginners in fitness as well as experienced people
Training programs within projects are tailor made to the needs of each and every participant. You get to train in small groups but following your own goals, consideribg your physical condition, body type, lifestyle etc.
The project is good for you, it’s not always about excess weight, it is about healthy lifestyle and building healthy habits around training, eating and day-to-day activity and learning the right exercise technique
The project is right for you. We shall teach you how to lose weight gradually and without stress, making sure you learn to enjoy the whole process
Many injuries are not an obstacle for training. We have a lot of participants with different injuries and their programs are being tailor made according to their needs and health conditions.
Normally in one group there are no more than 4 persons, if there are more participants in the one group then group is being trained by two coaches
Just make a decision and come to join the first available project. Projects are organised so, that each and every participant is having own personalised program and trains according to it regardless from the length of the project
We train in Тallink Tennisekeskus club (address Osmussaare 7) and in Club Arigato
No, the price of the project includes the gym entrance
You can pay cash, by bank transfer or make a transfer with paysera or PayPal .
Absolutely no, we have men training with us, both for weight loss and muscle gain
No, we teach you how to reach your goals without strict dieting. All you need to learn with us is how to balance training, day to day activity and healthy eating patterns
Absolutely, we shall teach you everything within the project.
Absolutely, after the project we shall give you exact guidelines on how to eat and train to keep the results you achieved within the project
Yes, we advice all of our participants to make a medical check up and basic analysis before you start training
We advise you not to train when you are feeling sick, your body needs to adjust to the situation and bring all the forces to regaining your health and not recovering from the training
As an exception and only in case if there are free space in other groups we shall let you do some extra training with other groups to compensate on the ones you’ve missed. You are getting a special holiday training program that you can do while being away from the gym and the project
There are special type of shows that you use for the gym. They keep your feet fixed and they do not have the air bubble, please do not come in running shoes
Just take the warm bath with salt and tell your trainer about the pain, it’s better not to train the same muscle group next training but let them recover first
Yes, in the nearest future we shall be releasing new distant training program for the ones who want to be in the project but are far away from us
You should have comfortable clothes, training shoes, water, towel
we strongly suggest everybody to make photos “before and after”, only with these photos we can see the remarkable changes that happen with your body while being in project.
Yes you can, but in this case you are not eligible to final photo session, any final prizes and can not be chosen as a winner of the projects should you have the best results
We have groups in the morning, in the afternoonand in the evening
The main trainers are Julia Smoli and Kristina Nuut, some groups are being trained by Roman Lozin and Olga Kulikova. We are very cautious about choosing our trainers, fear not, all of them are best of the best
It’s important to restrain from drinking alcohol, having sleepless night or eating a lot of greasy food
