The devil, as always, is in the details ... If you are not interested in the quality of the body (muscle-to-fat ratio, relief), then you can limit yourself to calorie counting (with experience you can figure it out by eye) and there is something that is PLEASANT! My experience shows that regardless of whether you received your 1,500 kcal from a bucket of salad with meat or from three pockets with cottage cheese, your weight will not change. Even if your daily exercise is limited by the weight of the wallet that you take out of your purse. If you want to eat a hamburger - burn 500+ calories in any way that is suitable for you (running, cycling, walking, dancing, sex ..). And nowhere else will be added to you, I swear by mom!
If you want muscles, relief and other beauties, you will have to bother and delve deeper into the idea of PP. Count not only calories, but also the ratio of protein-fat-carbohydrate. Build muscle by replacing fats with it. And then you can eat even more :) I read somewhere that pitching burns 10,000 kcal in a dream. Even if this is not true, it is obvious that the muscles in the volume are less fat. At the same weight, the waist and ass will be less.
Unfortunately, for this you need to go to the gym and raise the iron. Moreover, correctly raise.

Julia and Christina combined and found an approach to completely different people. They are doing tremendous work, creating programs for people with different degrees of training and experience. The project is also interesting for those who first heard about KBZhU and weight loss and athletes with experience, such as me. For my back, the girls picked up separate exercises, without a vertical load on the spine, but did not allow filony with weights :)
When you get involved, daily physical activities become a joy. Endorphins, of course, rejoice that the torture is over, but without them it becomes difficult. You enjoy the reflection in the mirror and the fact that today you could do a little more and better than yesterday.
After the end of the project, I continued to study myself (a vacation in Florida loomed ahead), and at the end of December I was in great shape (from my point of view).
And then there were New Year holidays and American bread. Three weeks without a hall and uncontrolled eating of lobsters and donuts. After returning “from there” I discovered + 4kg on the scales. But I know for sure that by the summer I will be in shape. Or maybe earlier :)
So, again in battle .. We only dream of peace :)
P.S. After the first two workouts, she is similar to Pinocchio. With hate, she remembered every donut eaten.
