My experience shows that regardless of whether you received your 1,500 kcal from a bucket of salad with meat or from three pockets with cottage cheese, your weight will not change. Even if your daily exercise is limited by the weight of the wallet that you take out of your purse. If you want to eat a hamburger - burn 500+ calories in any way that is suitable for you (running, cycling, walking, dancing, sex ..). And nowhere else will be added to you, I swear by mom!

    If you want muscles, relief and other beauties, you will have to bother and delve deeper into the idea of ​​PP. Count not only calories, but also the ratio of protein-fat-carbohydrate. For my back, the girls picked up separate exercises, without a vertical load on the spine, but did not allow filony with weights :)

    When you get involved, daily physical activities become a joy. Endorphins, of course, rejoice that the torture is over, but without them it becomes difficult. You enjoy the reflection in the mirror and the fact that today you could do a little more and better than yesterday.

    After the end of the project, I continued to study myself (a vacation in Florida loomed ahead), and at the end of December I was in great shape (from my point of view).

    And then there were New Year holidays and American bread. Three weeks without a hall and uncontrolled eating of lobsters and donuts. After returning “from there” I discovered + 4kg on the scales. But I know for sure that by the summer I will be in shape. Or maybe earlier :)
    So, again in battle .. We only dream of peace :)

    P.S. After the first two workouts, she is similar to Pinocchio. With hate, she remembered every donut eaten.

    Further it is very simple. The next day I was already in the gym😂 I was crawling slowly, limping a lot ... But, the crazy positive and the crazy energy of the trainers made a miracle !!! Within a month I was able to walk the dog, and after 2 months I flew 😂, believed in myself and enrolled in a fitness camp !!!
